How many items do I need for an estate sale?

Just call – we can come to you and see what you have to sell. We will assess the potential for a sale in terms of whether the items are in demand and saleable.

What happens to the things that are not sold?

That depends on your preference. You can keep whatever you wish, or we can dispose of or donate unsold items.

How long does it take to have an estate sale?

Typically it’s about a week of activity, preparing items for sale, pricing, conducting the sale on Friday and Saturday, then final cleanout on Sunday.

Do your estate sales have to be in Grosse Pointe?

Generally we serve the five Grosse Pointes as well as Indian Village.

What do I have to do to prepare for the sale?

Remove items not for sale, including personal papers and photos. Leave the rest to us.

Can you help with moving or storing the items that are not for sale?

Yes we will help or provide qualified referral sources that can secure your items if needed.
